12 thin pork Sausages 1/3 cup of basil pesto 1 tablespoon Olive Oil salt and pepper too taste 2 large green capsicum cut into 2cms sqaures 12 fresh basil leaves 2 lemons cut into 12 wedges salad leaves to serve |

Cooking Instructions | 1. Place sausage in a
large pan of water, bring to boil. Drain; slice diagonally into 5
pieces. 2. combine sausages, pesto and oil in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper. 3. Thread sausages and capsicum onto 12 bamboo skewers, finishing each skewer with a basil leaf and lemon wedges. 4 Cook skewers on a heated oiled grill pan (or grill or BBQ) until browned all over. 5. Serve skewers with salad leaves |
